Kevin has a diverse and rich background in real estate. He is a driven and passionate entrepreneur, experienced in nearly every type of real estate transaction including both residential and commercial properties; from property management and leasing to development, acquisition, financing, conversion, renovation, trust accounting, and sales, Kevin has been very fortunate to work with some of the best industry leaders in the Southeast. He has soaked up this knowledge and continues learning new ways to be of service. AIM REAL ESTATE now offers brokerage services to buyers and sellers, developers, investors, and property management through AIM Real Estate Management.
Kevin believes in partnerships and creating lasting "win-win" scenarios. This approach is for all customers/clients both internal to AIM and external (you). None of his team members work for him, rather with him, each member with a role to play that is integral to the success of the group. This translates similarly with his investor clients; never working for anyone, rather working with them in a servant leadership capacity, helping achieve their goals, together.
Kevin has previously held multiple Board positions and is actively involved within his community, be it through the Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen, Bluffton Rotary, and the Greater Island Council (GIC). Kevin applies the Rotary 4-Way Test for all his dealings in both business and his personal life. This means, before starting a project or addressing a concern, he poses the following questions: “Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?” If an idea or situation does not pass all four, Kevin is not interested in spending further energy discussing it.
Kevin is available to his team members, owners, and clients and welcomes the opportunity to be of service.
Personally, Kevin loves to play baseball with his 11-year son and to craft creative ways to show his wife Danielle, how amazing she is.
